Employment at IASC is competitive as there are a lot of people looking to join our staff and for the flexible schedule and rewarding work of being a leader in our community. In general, we only have openings for our junior lifeguard/cleaner position. Each year we have between two and five spots available at that position and it is the stepping stone to become a guard, instructor or coach at our pool. Applicants will be screened based on their resume, letter of intent, and interview. Hiring for the season begins in February and we hire for all positions in the beginning of March.

All Lifeguards at The Innis Arden Swimming Club, Inc. (“IASC”) are responsible for the safety of members in and around the pool. Winter Guards will report to the winter Managers.
Currently we are looking for lifeguards to start in late August in the following two positions:
- Weekend and evening hours Lifeguards – 16 and older
- Weekday morning and weekend hours – 18 and older
